We're super excited to have made it to the finish line! As of yesterday, all remaining shipments have been sent out to backers. Some shipments may still be in transit, but suffice to say within a few days everyone will have their new treasures!!
This has been a very challenging fulfillment, to say the least. You all know the massive unforeseen obstacles we encountered with Covid, the Shipping Crisis, more Covid, more Shipping Crisis, etc. Still, we made it here, together, and we're super proud with how things ultimately turned out. We are very sorry for the delay in getting you your pledges, but we were determined to get each and every package out, come hell or high water, and that's just what we did!

Just a quick heads up to those who are awaiting a shipping notification in the US: Funagain Games is actively sending out additional backer packages every day. They are about 3/4 through our backer orders at this point, so I estimate another 1-2 weeks for them to complete the process.
Once we hear that they are complete with the project, we can then address any information requests for specific shipments that may still be outstanding.

While it's awesome that US backers are now receiving their shipments (US fulfillment is about 50% complete at this point), there was a mistake on the warehouse's end resulting in about 50 backers receiving an extra copy of Dropped Too Deep.
If you received an extra copy of Dropped Too Deep, please simply copy/paste the following message in an email to [email protected]:

PS: NO, there is no risk to ANY BACKER that we won't have enough copies left to fulfill the remaining orders. We have thousands extra, as we gear up for selling through mass retail. But, we still need those copies returned to us.
It is indeed a happy February! Earlier this month we heard that our Canadian backers started getting their confirmation emails from Pick & Pack Logistics for their pledges. AS OF TODAY, I am super happy to announce that our US backers have finally started to receive the same confirmations from Funagain Logistics!!
Fear not... our KS projects have thousands of backers, and it takes these fulfillment houses time to get through the entire pile. So, what this really means is that both our US and Canadian warehouses are ACTIVELY working on our KS project (Dungeon Drop: Dropped Too Deep and Tavern Tales), but not everything can happen all in one day. Essentially over the next 2-3 week period they should be able to get most pledges fulfilled.
The warehouses are still very much in catch up mode, due to Covid impact, snow storm impact, and general backlog from the shipping crisis. Please give them 2-3 weeks before worrying. If you do not see anything by the end of February, then please feel free to reach out to our support line and we will investigate. Please do not reach out prior to that, as we cannot field thousands of emails for orders that just need to take their proper course through the process.
I've been hesitant to overly promote this point until we knew your orders were actively being worked on and delivered. Now that we are certain this is underway, here's the deal: we took a significant financial hit due to the shipping crisis. About 1500 of our backers supported us by purchasing our Shipping Shenanigans fundraiser pack (which you can still Late Pledge, as desired), but that means about 2500 of our backers did not. We are taking a loss on this project due to the immense shipping costs that we chose not to forcefully pass on to you.
If you would like to help us out, please consider "purchasing" the Small Boost ($5 USD) or Full Boost ($10 USD) item from our online store. The Full Boost represents the actual amount of extra shipping we needed to pay to ship you your pledge.
